Our multi family strategy is to purchase existing, under-performing, value-add assets with clear and simple paths to improved profitability over 3-5 years.


We acquire foreclosures, short-sales, and heavily discounted properties from motivated sellers. We either hold as a rental for 1-2 years for tax advantaged cash flow and appreciation, or flip within 6 months for capital velocity and liquidity.
